Well, Well, Well. After looking through my recipes the other day I realized I have not shared my pork chop recipe with ya’ll. I have been mistreating you, down right sabotaging you from getting the praise you deserve in the kitchen after making this delicious dish for the family! For that I apologize! LOL!
Good, Great, Divine. You name it. This dish is it! So easy. Mommas, pop this in the refrigeator in the morning, take it out about 30 minutes before dinner is to be done, bake in the oven and you have yousrelf a wonderful and easy piece of meat that the hubby didn’t have to do outside on thr grill. Hey- we girls can cook meat inside just as good as the guys can cook it outside! Can I get an AMEN!
Along with the pork I served pan-fried zucchini and yukon potatoes. I sliced them really thin and then seasoned them with baslamic vinegar, S&P; and of course- cajun seasoning! Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and them do your best to get the kids to STOP eating it! It’s that good!
Okay- so are we ready to get cooking? Let’s go!

This sounds delicious! And, the side…yumm…I'm a sucker for some zucchini and potatoes! Thanks for the recipe…might just have to try it this week!

Okay…All caught up! I have been searching for a good pork chop recipe. Seriously, this is the one type of meat that I have had the most difficulty with. I will definitely make these this week.
So, I made these the other night… and they tasted wonderful! The only issue was that when I opened my pantry door, I realized that there was no red wine vinegar in there (that never happens!). Since I already had everything else out and did not want to go to the store, I used apple cider vinegar. They tasted great (and super easy too), but I will make them again with red wine vinegar:).
