Nothing, nope that one thing, could be better than combining my favorite stuffing recipe with a thick center cut pork chop marinated in a mixture of beer and Worcestershire sauce. The pairing is the best yet and as simple as it could get.
Pork Chops can be quite tricky in my opinion. You either broil them or grill them and without the perfect sauce or glaze they can be very dull and tasteless. I for one am not much for pairing a fruit sauce like plum sauce with a meat. I just have never been able to even put fruit and meat on the same plate much less eat them together in one bite. That’s just me and I know everyone has their own preferences and since I really don’t consider myself a picky eater I will make a mental note to try a recipe like that in the future.
All this leads me to my fantastic stuffed pork chops. Most of the recipes you will find for stuffed pork chops involved apples, and since we just went over the fact I don’t like to combine fruit and meat, I bet you can guess what I did NOT stuff these little gems with! LOL! I had a huge bunch of fresh arugula left over from our weekly “salad night” and some extra fine Romano and pepper jack cheese so I made some what of a garlicky cheesy bread stuffing. Oh My! The stuffing was incredibly moist and it had the perfect flavor with the nuttiness of the Romano and the slight spicynes of the arugula and pepper jack. Try this you must!
Now, I have a bone to pick with you all! Okay, not really a bone but a personal statement I would like to make. Over the last few weeks I have had the opportunity to make a few of my personal favorite dishes (all of which have been posted on this blog) for some family members and friends. Each and every single one of absolutely LOVED the meals and thought they were just incredible. They stated and I quote,” Your so awesome and I know you tell us on your blog that a certain dish was amazing and we must try it but sometimes I think you are just saying that and its not “that” good but from now one I will believe you and try everything you tell us.” Well,Well, Well, Well, Well…… I guess the truth finally comes out now. Do you all think that? Don’t make me come to your house and make a meal for you to prove myself! LOL! Seriously though-there are plenty of things Ms. Belleicious makes that don’t get 5 stars and don’t end up on Kitchen Belleicious. Others are out of this world delicious and I have this incredible urge to share them with you all. So from here on out, remember that if it is on this blog, it is delicious and I am telling you the truth when I say you MUST try it! Pinky Promise!

As is the case with these pork chops. As I've commented on here before, I have had difficulty with perfecting the pork chop- as opposed to other meats. I will try these out, because again, I believe you when you say, "You must try it!"
